Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery Australia-wide: around 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are estimates only. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gotime.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
