30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all GoTime purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your GoTime stool, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused or gently used, with all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@gotime.au with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your GoTime stool arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gotime.au with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
